We back every TickProtect order with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If a tick gets past the mesh, or you simply aren't happy, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or a free size exchange.

How to start a return or exchange

Email support@tickprotect.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Size exchanges within the US are free.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be the customer's responsibility; faulty or incorrect items are returned at our cost.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to support@tickprotect.com and we'll make it right at no cost.
